Chris was absolutely incredible looking after our rescue Golden Retriever, Jess, on our wedding day in July 2026 at Stone Barn. From booking to the day itself, Chris was responsive and helpful all the way through. On the day, we could tell Jess was very well cared for and so happy, Chris even managed to get Jess to pose for some photos (this is usually a difficult task!) Chris helped me plan the biggest surprise for our wedding day by bringing our beautiful little sausage dog. My (now) husband could not have been more shocked and it was all possible because of Chris. Chris & Trish were just wonderful. From first contact through to a meeting on video call Chris made everything easy and answered all our questions. Closer to the wedding I had another call with Trish and she took in everything I told her about or dog, the day and I felt listened to and in good hands. On the day Trish arrived and slotted in seamlessly, Bella was instantly comfortable with her which made us feel so much better. We found out at the end of the night that they had gone for a lovely walk in the area and we noticed how relaxed Bella was in Trish’s company. Later I had pictures of their adventures and their evening together which was lovely to see. These ladies really do love dogs, it’s so clear to see and will treat yours like their own. They made what could have been a logistical nightmare something we didn’t even have to worry about and we were able to enjoy our wedding reception knowing that Bella was there but being well looked after. We highly recommend them and we cannot thank them enough!
We had the pleasure of using Short Legs Dog Care for our wedding on March 21st 2026 at the Lygon Arms in Broadway. Angie looked after our 3 dogs for the whole day and was the icing on the cake to a perfect day! The whole experience from the initial enquiry to attending the actual day was professional, friendly and totally flexible to our needs. Angie was like the ‘ dog whisperer ‘ with all 3 dogs as she had them eating out of her hands within minutes of meeting them. The dogs were ring bearers which was a huge ask of them but it all went incredibly smoothly with Angie in control. It was such a relief not to have to worry about the dogs, knowing they were in excellent hands, being walked, fed and played with whilst we were having the wedding breakfast and into the evening. I would HIGHLY recommend using their services to enhance your special day. Absolutely 200% worth it for peace of mind and total support in a friendly and professional manner.
